Job Summary
ShopTrack E Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Data Entry Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our online store displays accurate, compelling, and well-organized product information to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain product details including titles, descriptions, prices, and inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
- Upload product images, ensure proper formatting, and optimize listings for search visibility.
- Verify product data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all online channels.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the operations team to update product availability.
- Conduct periodic audits to detect errors, duplicates, or missing information.
- Assist in creating product categories and tagging items to improve online navigation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotions and offers are reflected accurately.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for product listings and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce operations, or product catalog management.
- Freshers with strong computer skills and an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours.
- Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST.
- Weekend availability may be required during peak sales periods.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with online retail or e-commerce environments.
- Ability to identify and correct data discrepancies quickly.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple listings simultaneously.
- Willingness to adapt to new tools, software, and processes.
- Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings is an added advantage.
