Job Summary
HumanEdge HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Assistant to support our HR department in leveraging data-driven insights for effective decision-making. In this role, you will assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to optimize workforce planning, improve recruitment strategies, and enhance employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize HR-related data from multiple sources, including recruitment portals, employee records, and internal databases.
- Assist in generating HR analytics reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support HR in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee retention, recruitment timelines, and workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with HR managers to analyze trends in employee performance and engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy, maintain data confidentiality, and adhere to company data security policies.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting data-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, is a plus.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible hours available for remote employees).
