Job Summary


QuickServe eCommerce, a leading online retail solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Order Processing Assistant to join our remote operations team. This role is ideal for female candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering smooth customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing and processing online orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately process incoming online orders through the company’s eCommerce platform.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment team to ensure prompt shipment of orders.

  • Verify customer details and payment confirmations before dispatch.

  • Monitor order status and update customers with shipping information.

  • Handle basic customer queries via email or chat regarding order status or product details.

  • Maintain daily records of processed orders and report to the supervisor.

  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist in inventory updates to ensure stock availability for smooth operations.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in commerce or business administration is an advantage.

  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel, email, and online portals.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.

  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, data entry, or online order processing preferred.

  • Freshers with strong computer skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote working hours, typically 6–8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.

  • Occasional weekend support may be required during peak seasons or sales campaigns.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or WooCommerce is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet daily targets.
