Job Summary


Emirates Airlines is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Reservation Agents to join our growing team in Pakistan. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for assisting with flight bookings, itinerary planning, ticket changes, and travel-related inquiries. Your role is crucial in delivering the world-class customer service that Emirates is known for, ensuring that each passenger receives timely, accurate, and courteous support.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat queries regarding flight bookings, schedules, fares, and promotions.

  • Provide customers with accurate information about Emirates flights, services, baggage policies, and fare rules.

  • Assist with flight reservations, ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, and refund processes.

  • Cross-sell Emirates products and upgrades to enhance customer travel experience.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when resolving customer concerns or complaints.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and comply with Emirates’ customer service and data protection policies.

  • Use internal reservation and CRM systems efficiently to manage booking transactions.

  • Achieve performance metrics related to service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using computers and reservation software (GDS knowledge like Amadeus or Sabre is a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Pleasant telephone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.




Experience



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or airline reservation environment preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and passion for the airline industry are also encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available, including weekends and holidays.

  • Rotational shifts covering 24/7 customer service operations (Night shifts may be required).




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

  • Ability to quickly grasp new software tools and Emirates-specific systems.

  • Familiarity with airline/aviation terminology and travel documentation (passports, visas).

  • High emotional intelligence and patience when dealing with customer complaints or last-minute changes.
