Job Summary
Emirates Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our growing customer service team. As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, assisting them with reservations, inquiries, and support across various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding reservations, flight changes, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries.
- Deliver world-class customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through Emirates' policies, services, and travel guidelines.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records using internal systems.
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and airline protocols.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed by the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Hospitality, Communications preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Urdu and other regional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn airline systems quickly.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Candidates with internship or part-time experience in customer support, hospitality, or retail will be given preference.
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, including weekends and public holidays.
- Flexibility to work different shifts is essential.
- 5 working days per week with 2 weekly offs (rotational).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of basic airline operations or reservation systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high service quality.
- A team player who contributes to a collaborative and positive work environment.
