Job Summary
Emirates Group is seeking passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our dynamic office staff. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with travel arrangements, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel inquiries and reservations for Emirates passengers through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Provide accurate information on fares, itineraries, travel policies, and regulations.
- Issue tickets, reissue bookings, and process refunds using the designated booking systems (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre).
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special travel needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve booking or travel-related issues.
- Promote Emirates products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed records of all bookings and interactions according to company procedures.
- Meet individual performance targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with airline reservation systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency, airline, or customer service environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in using GDS platforms is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-Time | 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts
- Office hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays as required.
