Job Summary


Emirates Group is seeking passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our dynamic office staff. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with travel arrangements, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle travel inquiries and reservations for Emirates passengers through phone, email, and in-person consultations.

  • Provide accurate information on fares, itineraries, travel policies, and regulations.

  • Issue tickets, reissue bookings, and process refunds using the designated booking systems (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre).

  • Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special travel needs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve booking or travel-related issues.

  • Promote Emirates products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain detailed records of all bookings and interactions according to company procedures.

  • Meet individual performance targets and contribute to overall team goals.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with airline reservation systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.




Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency, airline, or customer service environment.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in using GDS platforms is highly desirable.




Working Hours



  • Full-Time | 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts

  • Office hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays as required.
