Job Summary
Emirates Airlines is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our Back Office operations team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our administrative functions, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining a high standard of organizational efficiency. As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle documentation, data entry, coordination tasks, and internal communications, contributing to the seamless flow of information within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize internal files, records, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for department staff.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Process invoices, manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks by organizing records.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to streamline processes.
- Perform data entry and basic analysis for reports and project tracking.
- Respond promptly to administrative requests and handle routine inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
Experience
- 1ā3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or back-office role.
- Previous experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus, but not required.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time).
- Occasional flexibility may be required during peak periods or project deadlines.
