Job Summary


The Emirates Group is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Document Verification Executives to join our growing administrative and compliance team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and compliance of all submitted documents related to passenger travel, employee onboarding, vendor registrations, and internal audits. You will play a critical part in upholding Emirates’ commitment to operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.




Key Responsibilities



  • Review, validate, and verify a wide range of documents including identity proofs, visas, travel documents, contracts, and compliance forms.

  • Accurately input verified data into the internal database and ensure records are up to date.

  • Identify and report discrepancies, fraudulent documents, or incomplete submissions.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to authenticate documentation when required.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times.

  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of document handling.

  • Ensure all verification tasks are completed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or related field.

  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

  • Ability to work with confidential data in a responsible and ethical manner.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, especially related to aviation or international travel, is a plus.




Experience



  • 1–3 years of professional experience in document verification, compliance, administration, or a similar role.

  • Experience in aviation, logistics, or government documentation processes will be highly regarded.




Working Hours



  • Full-time: 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)

  • Shift-based schedule, including occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on operational needs.

  • Standard shift duration: 8 hours/day
