Job Summary
Emirates Airlines is seeking dynamic, result-driven Sales Executives to join our Travel and Aviation Division. This role is vital in building strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and corporate accounts, while promoting Emirates’ award-winning services. As a Sales Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall commercial strategy of the airline. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and industry partners.
- Promote Emirates products and services, ensuring maximum visibility in the market.
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product training sessions with trade partners and corporate clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Generate and manage sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support business planning.
- Negotiate corporate deals and preferred partnership agreements to secure long-term business.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and airline expos to represent Emirates professionally.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the airline, travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build trust-based, long-term business relationships.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Prior experience in the travel, airline, or aviation industry will be highly preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Standard business hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Flexibility required for client meetings, events, or travel outside regular hours
