Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver prompt and accurate support to customers via chat, email, and/or phone

  • Resolve product, order, delivery, and return-related inquiries in a professional and efficient manner

  • Provide first-contact resolution wherever possible, escalating only when necessary

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Amazon products, services, and policies

  • Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up and resolution

  • Demonstrate empathy and patience, especially during high-volume periods or sensitive issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Proficient in using computers, browsers, and web-based tools

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

  • Strong customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy

  • Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment at home

  • Must be residing in Pakistan and legally eligible to work




Experience



  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or help desk environment is a plus

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available — Day and Night Rotations

  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required

  • Average shift length: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week

  • Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons (e.g., Prime Day, holiday rush)
