Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and accurate support to customers via chat, email, and/or phone
- Resolve product, order, delivery, and return-related inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide first-contact resolution wherever possible, escalating only when necessary
- Maintain strong knowledge of Amazon products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
- Demonstrate empathy and patience, especially during high-volume periods or sensitive issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using computers, browsers, and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy
- Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment at home
- Must be residing in Pakistan and legally eligible to work
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or help desk environment is a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available — Day and Night Rotations
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Average shift length: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
- Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons (e.g., Prime Day, holiday rush)

- Familiarity with Amazon’s platforms and services
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
