Job Summary


Amazon Support is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Online Seller Support Executives. This remote position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and are passionate about helping sellers succeed on the Amazon marketplace. As a key member of the support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon sellers, resolving their issues efficiently and professionally.




Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the first line of support for sellers via chat, email, and/or phone.

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to seller inquiries regarding product listings, order fulfillment, payments, account health, and policy compliance.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot seller concerns, escalating complex cases as necessary.

  • Guide sellers through the use of Amazon’s tools, policies, and best practices to optimize their selling experience.

  • Ensure seller satisfaction through empathetic communication and timely resolution of issues.

  • Track issues and maintain detailed documentation using internal systems.

  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions to internal teams.

  • Stay updated with Amazon's policies, systems, and tools to maintain service quality.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Customer-first attitude with strong empathy and patience.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to various support tools and software.

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy.

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, e-commerce, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

  • Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available (Day/Night).

  • Rotational weekend working as per team requirements.

  • Work-from-home setup with performance-based scheduling flexibility.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Understanding of e-commerce workflows and online marketplace dynamics.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all seller interactions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
