Job Summary


Amazon Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and driven FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Operations Specialist to join our growing logistics and supply chain team. This role is central to ensuring the seamless flow of goods from sellers to customers through Amazon's vast fulfillment network. As an FBA Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory planning, shipment tracking, and compliance with FBA requirements, ensuring that sellers meet the standards of operational excellence.




Key Responsibilities



  • Manage end-to-end FBA shipment operations, including creation, preparation, labeling, and dispatch coordination.

  • Communicate with sellers, third-party warehouses, and internal Amazon teams to ensure FBA guidelines are followed.

  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies in Amazon Seller Central.

  • Identify and resolve FBA-related issues (e.g., stranded inventory, excess stock, lost/damaged units).

  • Generate and analyze reports related to shipment performance, inventory health, and inbound logistics.

  • Assist sellers in optimizing their FBA performance and meeting SLA targets.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon FBA policies, procedures, and system updates.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across FBA logistics processes.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) or Google Sheets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve operational problems.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.




Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or Amazon FBA-related roles.

  • Prior experience managing FBA accounts or Amazon seller operations is highly preferred.

  • Experience in warehouse coordination or inventory reconciliation is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) local time.

  • Flexibility to support urgent operational matters during weekends or evenings when required.

  • Remote flexibility with occasional coordination across different time zones.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA logistics workflows and compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with Amazon seller tools (e.g., Inventory Reports, FBA Calculator, Shipment Creator).

  • Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Keen sense of accountability and ownership of assigned tasks.
