In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the customer returns process to ensure seamless experiences, minimal delays, and high customer satisfaction. This remote role is ideal for individuals who excel in logistics, problem-solving, and communication within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.




🎯 Key Responsibilities



  • Manage return requests initiated by customers via the Amazon platform.

  • Coordinate with logistics teams, warehouse staff, and customer service agents to ensure timely returns processing.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in return orders, including damaged or missing items.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of return transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.

  • Identify recurring issues in return patterns and suggest process improvements.

  • Communicate with customers to provide updates, resolutions, and support throughout the return process.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline reverse logistics and improve efficiency.

  • Monitor return metrics and prepare periodic reports for internal teams.




βœ… Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of return cases.

  • Familiarity with customer service or return policy standards in e-commerce.




🧰 Experience



  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, returns processing, or supply chain operations preferred.

  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) systems is an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.




⏰ Working Hours



  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week

  • Shift timings may vary depending on region and time zone

  • Flexible remote work with rotational weekends or evening shifts, if required
