🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM with high accuracy)

  • Ability to multitask and handle chat software tools

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online shopping platforms

  • Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision in a dynamic, remote setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred




📚 Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer support or BPO/chat support role

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

  • Experience with CRM/chat support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus




⏰ Working Hours



  • Rotational shifts (including weekends and night shifts based on region)

  • Flexible scheduling options available
