π Job Summary
Amazon Marketing is seeking a skilled and data-driven Amazon PPC Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage, optimize, and scale Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns for a wide range of products and brands. Youβll be responsible for driving traffic, improving ad performance, increasing return on ad spend (ROAS), and supporting revenue growth for our clients or internal brands. π― Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Perform keyword research, bid management, and campaign segmentation.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and analyze data to make informed optimization decisions.
- Generate and present regular campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage A/B testing on ad creatives, placements, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with product listing teams to align ad copy and keyword strategy with listing content.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon Ads best practices, policy changes, and algorithm updates.
- Identify growth opportunities through market trends, competitor analysis, and data mining.
- Maintain proper campaign structure, negative keyword strategy, and budget allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console and related tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent understanding of ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
π Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaign management.
- Experience in eCommerce or digital advertising agencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, CA, etc.) is preferred.

- Remote Work (Work From Home)
- Flexible hours with mandatory availability for core collaboration hours (2 PM β 6 PM IST / 4:30 AM β 8:30 AM EST)
- Must meet campaign deadlines and reporting schedules as assigned.
