Job Summary
Amazon Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-obsessed Account Health Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. The selected candidate will serve as a frontline expert in evaluating seller account health, resolving compliance-related issues, and ensuring policy adherence to Amazon's high operational standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting sellers to maintain their account privileges while protecting the integrity of the Amazon marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, and manage seller account health metrics across multiple categories and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with Amazon sellers through email, chat, and call support to address concerns and resolve account-related issues.
- Identify root causes of policy violations and guide sellers through remediation processes.
- Collaborate with internal Amazon teams to escalate and resolve complex seller issues.
- Maintain detailed case records while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Recommend long-term preventive measures to sellers for avoiding future compliance violations.
- Analyze trends in seller performance and recommend strategic improvements.
- Stay up to date with Amazon’s ever-evolving seller policies, compliance requirements, and enforcement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, compliance, or account management (E-commerce background preferred).
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and learning skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Rotational shifts (may include evening and weekend hours to align with global support needs).
- 100% Remote (Work from Home – must have a reliable internet connection).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of Amazon's policies, performance metrics, and account suspension processes is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information to draw accurate conclusions quickly.
- Empathy and patience to guide sellers through stressful situations with professionalism.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to work with international teams and understand diverse seller backgrounds.
