Job Summary
Amazon Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, ensuring efficient handling of employee documentation, recruitment logistics, onboarding processes, and HR data management. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and managers.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, training sessions, and onboarding activities.
- Assist in processing new hire paperwork and ensure timely updates in HRIS systems.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.
- Coordinate background checks and employment verifications.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and redirect them as needed.
- Generate HR-related reports, metrics, and dashboards as requested.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including payroll, benefits, and recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms (experience is a plus).
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role.
- Internship or project-based HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible schedule with core working hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time zone)
- Occasional availability for virtual meetings or training outside regular hours
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance (training provided).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment.
