Job Summary


Amazon Online is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Admin Assistant to support our growing digital operations team. In this remote role, you will assist with a range of ecommerce administrative tasks, including product listing, order management, data entry, inventory tracking, and marketplace coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, virtual environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Upload and manage product listings on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms

  • Perform regular updates to product descriptions, images, and pricing

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams

  • Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges

  • Assist in reporting sales performance, trends, and inventory forecasts

  • Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams for promotions and feedback

  • Maintain and organize digital documentation and records

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s seller policies and marketplace requirements

  • Provide administrative support to the ecommerce manager and cross-functional teams




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other ecommerce platforms (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable using task/project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack)




Experience



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce, online retail, or administrative roles

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a strong advantage

  • Freshers with strong technical and organizational skills may also apply




Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours available

  • Full-time: 35–40 hours per week

  • Part-time: 15–25 hours per week

  • Must be available for periodic virtual meetings in Amazon's working hours (based on your time zone)




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and online marketplaces

  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings (a plus)

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change

  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes

  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving approach
