📝 Job Summary


Careem ATS Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Service Agent for Operations Support to join our fast-paced team. This critical role ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of our services by supporting the operational, logistical, and customer experience needs of our platform. As a key point of contact between riders, captains (drivers), and internal teams, you will play a vital role in maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.




🎯 Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer and captain queries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat support channels.

  • Monitor daily ride operations and proactively resolve service disruptions, cancellations, or delays.

  • Maintain accurate records of service issues and resolutions using Careem’s internal systems and tools.

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations, Logistics, and Customer Care teams to support business objectives.

  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.

  • Assist in training new drivers and partners on standard procedures and operational tools.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback based on frontline insights.

  • Ensure compliance with Careem’s policies and quality standards in all customer and partner interactions.




✅ Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multitask efficiently.




💼 Experience



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations support, customer service, or back-office role is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a ride-hailing, logistics, or e-commerce company is a plus.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.




⏰ Working Hours



  • Full-time position: 9-hour shifts, including 1-hour break.

  • Rotational shifts (including evenings and weekends).

  • Remote and hybrid options may be available based on performance and role requirement.
