Job Summary
Careem Pakistan Support is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed individuals to join our remote customer support team. As a Customer Care Representative (Work from Home), you will be the voice of Careem, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our users across Pakistan. You will provide timely and professional support through chat, email, and phone, resolving issues, answering queries, and going above and beyond to deliver world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rides, payments, app navigation, and more.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow communication scripts and standard procedures while customizing responses as necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and escalate unresolved queries to relevant departments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear and effective solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, updates, and policies across Careem’s platform.
- Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a customer service, call center, or support role (remote or office-based).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts.
- Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis.
- Part-time and full-time roles offered.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of the ride-hailing or tech startup industry is beneficial.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and technology quickly.
