Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a creative and driven Freelance Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content for multiple social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and captions that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage the posting schedule and ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages where applicable.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement tactics, and content optimization.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant social media content creation experience (freelance or agency background preferred).
- Portfolio showcasing creative social media work is required.
Working Hours
- Flexible schedule — work at your own pace as long as deadlines are met.
- May require occasional availability for virtual meetings or content approvals during business hours.
