Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors.
- Write persuasive, well-structured, and tailored grant proposals and letters of inquiry.
- Collaborate with nonprofit clients to gather necessary program and organizational information.
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar of deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Edit and proofread grant documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with funder requirements.
- Track and manage grant applications, outcomes, and reporting obligations.
- Prepare post-award reports and assist in compliance documentation as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

- Demonstrated track record of securing grants from diverse funding sources.
Working Hours
- Flexible working schedule, with the ability to meet client and submission deadlines.
- Typically 20–30 hours per week, depending on project volume.
