Key Responsibilities



  • Receive, review, and process customer orders via email, online platforms, or internal systems.

  • Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping information.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Update order status and maintain accurate digital records in the company database.

  • Handle order-related inquiries and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the order process.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Experience
