Job Summary


OneTech Associates is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Virtual Call Center Agents. This is a remote position that does not require prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering queries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home.




Key Responsibilities



  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide relevant information.

  • Assist customers with product or service details, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

  • Accurately log call details, customer information, and feedback into the system.

  • Maintain a positive and professional tone during all customer interactions.

  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance and quality targets.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.

  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and patient while handling customer concerns.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.




Experience



  • No prior call center or customer service experience required.

  • Freshers, students, and career changers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in customer support, sales, or related fields will be considered a plus but is not mandatory.
