Job Summary


Concentrix is seeking motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team across multiple locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Diagnose and resolve product or service issues by guiding customers with clear instructions and support.

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout the process.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

  • Achieve individual and team targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

  • Adhere to company guidelines, privacy policies, and data security protocols at all times.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related remote support roles is highly desirable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient, empathetic approach to customer concerns.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently.

  • Proficient with computers, CRM software, and MS Office tools.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.




Experience



  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

  • Experience in handling diverse customer inquiries across multiple communication platforms is advantageous.




Working Hours



  • Full-time and part-time shifts available across various time zones to support global customers.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as per business needs.

  • Shift schedules will be communicated during onboarding.
