This role involves listening to audio or video files and accurately creating captions or subtitles. Key Responsibilities:



  • Listen to audio or video files and transcribe them into accurate, time-synced captions.

  • Edit and proofread captions to ensure they meet company quality standards.

  • Follow specific formatting guidelines for different platforms and content types.

  • Maintain consistency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation throughout the work.

  • Submit completed projects within assigned timelines.

  • Communicate with the quality control team for feedback and improvements.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong command of English (grammar, spelling, and punctuation).

  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) and accuracy.

  • Ability to understand various accents and audio qualities.

  • Familiarity with captioning tools or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection.



Experience:



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Previous experience in transcription, captioning, or subtitling will be an added advantage.



Working Hours:
