Job Summary


EduHelper Services is seeking passionate and detail-oriented Online Teaching Assistants who can support teachers and students in delivering high-quality online education in regional languages. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in regional languages and have a strong interest in education, e-learning platforms, and student engagement. You will assist in class coordination, content delivery, student interaction, and ensure smooth execution of online sessions.



Key Responsibilities



  • Assist lead instructors in delivering online classes in regional languages.

  • Support students during live sessions by answering questions and clarifying doubts.

  • Manage classroom engagement and encourage active participation.

  • Coordinate with teachers to prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments.

  • Provide technical assistance to students and faculty for smooth online sessions.

  • Monitor attendance and maintain accurate student records.

  • Communicate with parents/guardians (if required) about student progress and class schedules.

  • Assist in translating or adapting educational content into the assigned regional language.

  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s teaching guidelines and quality standards.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proficiency in one or more regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, etc.).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in regional language and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a virtual classroom environment effectively.

  • Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills.



Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in online teaching, tutoring, or educational support will be an added advantage.
