In this role, you will work on enhancing and formatting client resumes to meet international standards, ensuring they are visually appealing, error-free, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) friendly. Key Responsibilities



  • Format and structure client resumes as per given templates and design guidelines.

  • Ensure proper alignment, font consistency, and overall visual appeal of the resume.

  • Make resumes ATS-friendly by following standard formatting rules.

  • Incorporate client-provided details accurately without altering content meaning.

  • Apply proofreading techniques to correct grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.

  • Communicate with team members for clarification or specific formatting requirements.

  • Meet daily/weekly targets and ensure timely delivery of formatted resumes.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and basic document formatting tools.

  • Good understanding of resume writing and ATS compliance standards.

  • Ability to follow design templates and guidelines accurately.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.



Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Prior experience in resume formatting, content writing, or document editing will be an advantage.



Working Hours



  • Flexible work schedule – Choose your own working hours.

  • Must be available to meet project deadlines as assigned.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of different resume formats (Chronological, Functional, Combination).

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
