Job Summary


ChatFlow Tech is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Chat Process Executives to provide excellent customer support through live chat. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity tailored for individuals who are comfortable working in night shifts and handling multiple chat conversations efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience by resolving queries, assisting with product/service information, and providing quick solutions.




Key Responsibilities



  • Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

  • Maintain chat quality standards and achieve response time targets.

  • Document and log customer interactions for record-keeping and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues for quick resolution.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful experience.

  • Adhere to company policies, data security standards, and confidentiality requirements.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written English communication skills with a strong command of grammar.

  • Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute with high accuracy.

  • Good understanding of customer service principles and problem-solving techniques.

  • Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.

  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising quality.

  • Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational weekends.




Experience



  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

  • Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or BPO roles will be an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Night Shift: Typically between 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (rotational shifts).

  • 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in responses.

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

  • Good multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Basic technical troubleshooting ability for customer issues.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
