Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer details in the database.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Handle appointment-related inquiries and provide prompt solutions to customers.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies while managing multiple appointments simultaneously.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.

  • Familiarity with online scheduling tools and CRM software is an advantage.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.




Experience

  • Prior experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is an added advantage.




Working Hours
