Key Responsibilities



  • Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, interests, and budget.

  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and local attractions.

  • Provide expert advice on travel routes, visa requirements, and travel insurance.

  • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services as requested by clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, promotions, and safety protocols.

  • Handle client inquiries via email, chat, or calls with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all itineraries and confirmation documents.

  • Resolve client concerns or changes promptly and efficiently.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong passion for travel and tourism with excellent destination knowledge.

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

  • Proficient in using online booking platforms, travel tools, and basic MS Office/Google Suite.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing a high-quality client experience.

  • Basic knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies is an advantage.



Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.



Working Hours



  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Option to choose Full-Time or Part-Time based on availability.
