ShopWrite Pvt Ltd is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our remote team as Product Description Typists. This role involves accurately creating, updating, and managing product descriptions for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to write clear, engaging, and accurate descriptions. This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.



Key Responsibilities



  • Accurately type and input product descriptions into the company’s e-commerce system.

  • Ensure product descriptions are clear, concise, and error-free.

  • Verify product information such as specifications, dimensions, pricing, and features.

  • Format and edit content for consistency, grammar, and spelling.

  • Collaborate with the content and product management teams to maintain standardization.

  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining high-quality work.

  • Handle multiple product categories and adapt descriptions to the target audience.

  • Update or revise product listings based on feedback or new product information.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proficient typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred).

  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.

  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to company style guides.

  • Time management skills to meet deadlines and productivity goals.



Experience



  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in data entry, content writing, or e-commerce product management is a plus.

  • Experience working remotely is advantageous but not required.



Working Hours
