You will act as the first point of contact, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve processes.
- Meet performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Experience:
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support or a call center is a plus.
- Experience in remote work or familiarity with virtual collaboration tools is advantageous.
