Job Summary


GlobalHelp Desk Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Track and follow up on customer concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

  • Adhere to company guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer support experience.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.




Experience



  • Minimum: 0–2 years in customer service or a related field (freshers welcome).

  • Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or remote support role is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available.

  • Full-time: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.

  • Part-time opportunities may be considered.

  • Must be available for weekend or evening shifts if required.
