Job Summary
SwiftConnect Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle real-time customer inquiries through online chat platforms, ensuring quick, accurate, and professional responses. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer experiences by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding customers through products and services in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with company products, services, and policies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve support processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.
- Comfortable using chat support tools and CRM systems.
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with common troubleshooting.
Experience
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available: Day and Night Shifts to suit global customers.
- Full-time (8 hours) or part-time (4-6 hours) options.
- Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
