Job Summary:
TeleLink Support is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a growing and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and assist customers with account-related concerns.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow company guidelines and scripts to maintain consistent service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly and professional tone.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time schedules.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools (training provided).
