Job Summary


CloudServe Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Technical Support Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients. In this role, you will assist users in troubleshooting technical issues, guide them through solutions, and ensure smooth operations of our cloud-based services. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle technical queries efficiently.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone regarding technical issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems.

  • Assist users in installing and configuring software applications and tools.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Document issues, solutions, and feedback in the internal ticketing system.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers in a clear and professional manner.

  • Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and troubleshooting processes.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking.

  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy.




Experience



  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote working hours.

  • Availability for 8-hour shifts (rotational or fixed) based on business needs.

  • Weekend or holiday shifts may apply as per schedule.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools.

  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is desirable.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
