Job Summary:


AxisComm Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented BPO Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills at every step.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries effectively to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues promptly.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to show empathy and understanding.

  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.




Experience:



  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO/customer support environment is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.




Working Hours:



  • Full-time position with rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

  • Flexible to work day and night shifts as per business requirements.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with multi-channel communication (calls, email, chat).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
