Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.

- Document all interactions in the customer support system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Experience
- Minimum: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Preferred: Previous remote support experience or familiarity with helpdesk software.
Working Hours
