ServicePro Global is looking for a dedicated Weekend Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience during weekends. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Handle product-related questions, complaints, and service issues with professionalism.

  • Document and update customer information in the company database accurately.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for quick resolution.

  • Monitor and manage weekend customer queries to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone while adhering to company policies and standards.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements for the support process.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and MS Office tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with common troubleshooting steps.




Experience



  • Minimum: 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or support role.

  • Preferred: Experience in handling weekend shifts or remote customer support.




Working Hours



  • Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend shifts only).

  • Flexible shifts within standard operating hours: 8 AM – 10 PM (local time).

  • Additional hours may be required during peak periods or special promotions.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service best practices.

  • Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple queries simultaneously.
