Job Summary


RapidTalk Support is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat and Voice Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support through chat and voice channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat and voice support channels.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional support.

  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets for response time and resolution.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple chats and calls simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.




Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available (including weekends if required).

  • Both full-time and part-time positions are offered.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Adaptability to different customer personalities and cultural backgrounds.
