QuickCare Services is seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient service.

  • Record and track customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate assistance.

  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and email tools.

  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).




Working Hours



  • Part-Time Position: 4–5 hours per day.

  • Flexible scheduling with availability during peak support hours (evenings or weekends may be required).
