Job Summary
VirtuServe Ltd is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling queries effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via email, chat, and phone.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide product or service information to customers and guide them through processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts (Full-Time & Part-Time options available).
- Must be available to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.).
- Good typing speed and accuracy for chat and email support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
