Job Summary


ClickAssist Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Customer Chat Executives to join our remote support team. In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless online experience for users through live chat support. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication, possess problem-solving skills, and enjoy helping customers in a professional and friendly manner.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, technical issues, and service-related questions.

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive responses to resolve customer concerns.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering prompt and personalized solutions.

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly.

  • Collaborate with the support team to identify common issues and suggest process improvements.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using chat software and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and meet response time SLAs.

  • Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.




Experience



  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or online assistance is an advantage but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available (Day/Night).

  • Full-time or part-time options depending on availability.

  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24/7 support environment with rotational shifts if required.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or online service platforms is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers politely.
