Job Summary
SoftHelp Desk is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and quick resolution of complex issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding company products and services.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, issues, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with availability to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional weekend support may be required based on customer demand.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with online communication platforms like Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
