Job Summary:


FastCall Technologies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Voice and Email Support Associate to join our dynamic support team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through both voice calls and email communication. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional support and contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via voice calls and emails.

  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality standards in all communications.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.




Experience:



  • Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in customer support, call centers, or email support is a plus but not mandatory.




Working Hours:
