Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Organize files and ensure proper documentation for easy retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate periodic reports as required by management.
- Identify and correct errors in records to improve data quality.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of database management is a plus.

Experience
- Prior experience in data entry, record management, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
