Job Summary:
DeskPro Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Work From Home Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves performing administrative tasks remotely, managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and documentation.
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and company databases accurately.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in processing invoices, tracking expenses, and other financial documentation.
- Respond to client and internal team queries promptly and professionally via email or chat.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with remote working tools like Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Preferred: Experience working remotely in a similar capacity.
Working Hours:
- Flexible remote working schedule.
- Full-time (8 hours per day) or part-time options available.
- Must be available during core business hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
