Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, helpful, and engaging assistance to resolve queries

- Document interactions and keep records of customer communications
- Meet performance goals related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills in English (French is a bonus)
- Strong typing skills with good speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRMs, and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setting
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role
- Prior experience in remote customer service is an asset, but not mandatory
- Full training will be provided
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available: morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight
- Weekend availability may be required
- Both part-time and full-time positions open
