Key Responsibilities

  • Document interactions and keep records of customer communications

  • Meet performance goals related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (French is a bonus)

  • Strong typing skills with good speed and accuracy

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRMs, and basic computer applications

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setting




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role

  • Prior experience in remote customer service is an asset, but not mandatory

  • Full training will be provided




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available: morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight

  • Weekend availability may be required

  • Both part-time and full-time positions open
