We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals for Remote Bookkeeping Clerk roles across Canada. Key Responsibilities



  • Record daily financial transactions including sales, receipts, and payments

  • Assist with reconciling bank statements and reviewing account balances

  • Enter data into accounting software and maintain accurate financial records

  • Help prepare reports and summaries for accountants and managers

  • Manage digital filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents

  • Support the finance team with any other clerical or bookkeeping tasks as needed




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in finance/accounting is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Willingness to learn accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave (training provided)




Experience



  • No prior experience required

  • Previous admin, clerical, or data entry experience is an asset but not mandatory

  • Training and mentorship will be provided for all new hires




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available – part-time or full-time options

  • Monday to Friday schedule preferred, with optional weekend availability

  • Remote work from anywhere in Canada
